Sure! it'south a petty difficult to describe though ^^' like with this I notice fabric creases one of those things I'm just used to doing, and that it'due south a combination of what I think looks squeamish and what should probably be in that location.

Looking at your own clothes or just clothes in full general really helps! even if it isn't what you lot're trying to draw, it all helps in understanding how textile things piece of work. For flowy things I endeavour to draw the ends loose, lots of curving on top of itself for big waves, keeping it a continuous wave. Sometimes I effort and imagine the weight of the bend, how it fits in with the others…it kind of helps.

For anything with a large drop (skirts, capes, aprons) I tend to draw out an oval and border lines to figure out the overall curve of the fabric and where it ends, then I go over with any curvy line looks nice and fits the base line. For the creases imagine there'due south a point that everything is fastened to…well there actually is but yes, follow the peaks of the curves up to those points. Aforementioned goes for the $.25 of cloth folded over itself underneath.

In terms of blitheness a basic way of showing fabric is a wave.
